My college recently decided they don’t have the budget to help with this event, but a group of my friends would really like to put it on. Originally the plan was to have teenagers in costumes chaperon a group of 20-30 kids trick or treating. Without the schools help, how do we advertise doing this since we are very interested in still putting this on for the community?
