I’m trying to make a dragon costume with a lot of detail (visually and physically) and I was wondering how I can make a mobile tail (moving side-to-side) without using the plain sew and stuff method. I kind of want it to act as well as looking realistic for events like a Renaissance fair or even Halloween.
