What are some funny costume ideas that i can make?

I really want a hilarious costume idea that i can make. I dont really care how stupid i look, as long as i can create it on a budget. But i dont want anything that requires a cardboard box or something that encloses my whole body cuz i dont want to be hot. And nothing slutty, not even close to slutty, Halloween is to dress up and have fun, not an excuse to wear langerie and some ears. Thank you so much if you help!!!!

okay, so my boyfriend has long hair, down below his ears. he has very dark brown hair, and has tan skin.
I am half mexican, and have tan skin and long curly dark brown hair…

we were thinking tarzan and jane but he doesn’t want to walk around half naked. :p

any ideas?

i’ve come up with some cute ideas for couples, but, i doubt i’ll be in a relationship by halloween.

i’m brunette and i was thinking something similar to edie sedgwick, blondie, etc. i can’t be them, because i don’t have access to a blonde wig.

my backup is a cute kitten, i’d put eyeliner as whiskers, wear ears and a cute black dress and heels.

i’m in college, so nothing stupid, i have to look cute!
