I know this is early, but my friends and I need an idea ASAP. Ok, so my Girl Scout Troop is hosting a Halloween party for all of the troops in our area and we decided to have a group costume. There are about 13 girls in my troop. We’re all 12 years old. It can’t be anything too scary though because there will be little girl troops at the party too. We want costumes that are fun and that we would be able to make. Every answer is greatly appreciated :)
