Ideas for a COUPLES HALLOWEEN COSTUME?

My fiancee and I are tight on funds and are trying to think of "homemade costumes"… Well, I am going as "Officer Sweetheart"… On my duty belt I have a dunkin donuts cup, measuring cup rings as my keys, gumballs as my bullets, and heart shaped cookie cutters as my handcuffs… We want something that HE can go as… And HOW to make it… Any suggestions would be great!! We have passed a few ideas around… But unsure where to start…

Halloween costume ideas?

i need some Halloween costume ideas that are homemade costumes , there are 3 of us were girls and were14 , we are looking for costumes that are not like ketchup bottles or something like that.. we would prefer group costume ideas and the steps to how to put the costumes all together ,and possibly pictures? thanks so much , if you have a question just post the link and ill try to answer it! best answer 10 points ! thanks so much in advance! :)

I want to be creative this year and make my own Halloween costume. I’m a black girl and there aren’t many choices of homemade costumes for the black race. I was wondering if anyone could tell me some ideas of a costume fit for a black girl like me. Anything is fine, I just need ideas.
