I’m looking for historically accurate information of what an Amazon would have worn during her time.
Pictures are definitely preferred, but things such as as how there clothes were made and what they were made out of would also be helpful. I tried to Google, but I’ve been getting a lot of Xena pictures. Historical info only, please.

I am doing a project for Humanities on the French court jester Mathurine who lived during the Renaissance. One of her famous costumes was that of an Amazon. I need to recreate this costume for the project. Thank you for your help!
