duchess of the Winter’s, daughter of Lord Winters, in the Raphel Kingdom. No visible powers, but a temper and a sharp tounge, though she can be smoothed over by bribery.

I dont know, I cant figure out a good name for a kingdom and I kind of want powers, help!
