I am going to a renaissance fair and I am on a very strict budget. I have been digging thru my closet and this is what I came up with to dress like a fairy/elf. My daughter is dressing up like a pixie/elf herself.
A maroon velvet tank top to wear with a long black velvet skirt.
I had went to a yard sale and found an ugly black velvet long sleeve shirt that had kick ass sleeves that I can cut off and make into arm sleeves.
I have elf ears and black lace wings and a tear drop black necklace that I can wear as a head piece.
So what do ya think?
Maroon top with black skirt and black sleevettes? All velvet.
